Nothing can be considered as the pinnacle of dedication than perseverance towards one’s belief over something. In the illustrative instance of actor Atharva Murali, it has been very much prevalent to the core, where he didn’t just believe in Imaikkaa Nodigal as a film on its stable stage, but travelled firmly inclined throughout the process from the early stage of conception to the phase of release and a successful run in the box office too. What made him rely so much on this project even before it could get materialised.
“It’s instinct,” jokingly starts citing Atharva Murali, who gets down straight for his explanation. “Ajay Gnanamuthu narrated me the script even before he started working on Demonte Colony. But there were things that remained as a constraint at that point of time. But I strongly believed that this is a script that will definitely be a game changer for any actor. Now when I am viewing the final output as an audience, I found myself in state beyond an usual satisfaction.”
Extending his note of appreciation towards the next person responsible for what Imaikkaa Nodigal is now, Atharvaa says, “Thanks to Cameo Film C Jayakumar sir, this would have not been possible. There are lots of episodes in the film that significantly demanded for grandeur. Especially, when it came to action sequences, he was readily available to shell out the budget for the finest results.”
On sharing the screen space with strong performers, he says, “The initial level of script revolves around the two brothers. But then, as the script was transformed with a female lead, we couldn’t think about anyone than Nayanthara madam. Her role as CBI officer Anjali will leave you amazed. Her dedication towards the role was intense, particularly for someone like her occupied with numerous projects. The On-Screen brother-sister will reflect the contemporary relationship in reality. I must really appreciate Raashi Khanna for her incredible involvement. She was so conscious that her looks might possess non-Tamilian traits and gave a complete dedication towards lip synchs. And What can I say about Anurag Kashyap sir? He just made us all terrified with his show, which was effortless but stunning and the amount of work he put into getting the stunt sequences right was truly inspirational”.
Furthermore, the stylish hunk sums upon his film saying, To see the script I read and believed in transformed into a Good movie is a Great feeling. “Imaikkaa Nodigal is a racy delight for every audience and the same is proved with the enormous opening.”.
Atharvaa firmly affirms that it’s cinematographer RD Rajashekhar, Action Choreographer Stunt Siva and Music Director Hiphop Aadhi have offered a complete Hollywood touch to the film on the technical front. Finally, he thanks each and every fans who have been consistently showing their love and support in all platforms.
