Latest buzz in kollywood is that ‘Balloon’ which created a lot of curiosity with its unique posters and teaser is all set to release on September 27th. The movie stars Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer in the leading roles and is directed by debutant Sinish. Janani Iyer who is known to do quality movies like thegidi is said to have played a memorable character in ‘BALLOON’. Speaking about this Janani Iyer says, ” My portion in the movie is set in the 1980’s and was shot entirely in Kodaikkanal. I play a girl who is orthodox and falls in love with Jai’s character. Myself and the director wanted to incorporate something special into my character. After a lot of discussion, the reference that was given to me was that if SriDevi madam played in “Moondram pirai”. We mutually agreed that it would be literally imposible to re create the performance of Legendary Sri Devi madam. But that reference helped me to get the best out of me. Such is the inspiration. It’s great role and i loved it. I am sure the audience will love this movie and my role and performance will be appreciated.” Balloon is jointly produced by “70 mm entertainment ” and ” Farmer’s Master plan Productions”. “Auraa cinemas” will release ‘Balloon’ in a grand way on September 27th.
