The shooting of fantasy-adventure thriller “Trip” featuring bunch of newcomers alongside Praveen, Sunaina, Yogi Babu and Karunakaran in lead roles has wrapped up. Produced by Sai Film Studios and directed by Dennis, the team is literally happy about the experience of shooting across thick dense forests that involved lots of adventures and challenges.
Filmmaker Dennis says, “Finally, it’s a wrap up! We had a pretty challenging yet enjoyable experience across all the filming schedules. Be the first leg of shooting in Talakona or the other forest regions, we came across many unheralded surprises that include the adverse climatic conditions, the leeches and of course, a Tiger’s stare upon us. It also includes the team hunting an island part inside the deep forest which includes a 3 KM tractor journey by the whole crew to reach to the eccentric location .It was more than a shooting for all of us and we are now proud and happy to have accomplished our task. I can wholeheartedly say that our team’s hard work will be definitely noted and appreciated on big screens. This comes as a statement with deep sense of satisfaction among all of us in the team.”
The director admits that Praveen will be surely acclaimed as one of the most eligible actors in action packed roles after this film’s release. He keeps appreciating Sunaina’s inmost dedication towards the work, where despite being a senior in the industry, she was so much down to earth.
The film also features VJ Rakesh, Athulya Chandra, Lakshmi Priya, Kalloori Vinoth, VJ Siddhu, Jennifer & Rajesh in important roles. Scheduled for worldwide release in January 2020, the post-production works will be commencing shortly. The film has musical score by Siddhu Kumar of Sivappu Manjal Pachchai fame and cinematography handled by Udhay Shankar. The others in the technical team includes Deepak (Editing), Bhakyaraj (Art) and Danger Mani (stunts).
