Jarugandi Shoot Wrapped In 46 Days

Friendship and Business have always found a special connect over the ages. In fact, there is famous quote that says, “A friendship founded on business is better than a business founded on friendship.” But it looks like Actors Jai and Nitin Sathyaa have broken the myth and proved that even the business founded on friendship can be more successful. Although the bonding between these pals have spread beyond years, the discipline and perfection towards their respective tasks has made their film ‘Jarugandi’ wrap up on time. “I am not saying this for the sake of our friendship, but Jai has been so much dedicated throughout the shooting. He would arrive 30 minutes earlier to his prescribed time and stay back at spot even after his portions are completed. He was even completely present during the jamming session along with his cousin Bobo Sashi, who is composing music ,” rejoices Nithin Satya, who adds that it was only because of such a great cooperation from Jai, others actors and technicians, ‘Jarugandi’ was able to be wrapped up in 46 days.

On recollecting the origin of mindset to become producer, Nitin Sathyaa says, “Ever since I started acting, there had been a faintest fascination towards production of films. I would sneak into the production side often in the films I acted to gain some insight. This desire in me gradually grew over the years and after an extent, I felt the right time has occurred to give a try. I am thankful to Badri Kasturi who joined me in this venture. The support that Badri is offering throughout the process is extraordinary.”

Jarugandi is directed by Pichumani, a former associate of Venkat Prabhu, who makes his directorial debut with this movie. Touted to be an action entertainer, the film is about a happy-go-lucky chap (played by Jai), who gets loan from a financial institution using fake papers and proof to enjoy his life. Reba Monica of Jacobinte Swargarajyam fame is playing the female lead in this movie.
