We have decided to choose the best 10 short film .
We will show case the entire short films to Tamil film industry best Directors and other technicians out of that will choose the Best 10 short film with more of professional.
We will declare a day of screening the entire 10 best and will choose the Best 3 short film on the same day evening for the awards with grand show.
AWARDS are not only for the best movie also on all categories like BEST actor, actress, music, editor, comedian , lyrics, singer , Team etc…
RULES:
* MOVIE SHOULD NOT BE EXCEEDING 17 MIN
* SUBTITLE IS MANDATORY IN ENGLISH
Further clarity on the rules:
* short films should not exceed more than 17min.
* Multiple movies from same person accepted.
* submission of movies accepted only from June 1st 2017 directly to Libra office..
* only DVD as out put.
* Not accepted in mail, USB or watsapp link
* Industry Top celebrities are the awarding the future technicians.
