‘Miss South India’ – ‘Best Smile’ Anjali Rao Turns Heroine Through ‘Peechaankai’

Remember the girl who played the role of Silambarasan’s sister in ‘Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada’? The pretty actress and an MBA graduate Anjali Rao, who has acclaimed decent appreciations for her acting has now turned as heroine through the film ‘PEECHAANKAI’. Directed by debutante Ashok and produced by RS Karthik under the banner ‘Karsa Entertainment’ and PG Muthaiah under the banner PG Media Works, ‘Peechaankai’ has debutante Karthik and Anjali Rao in the lead roles.

“My passion on acting has made me to do several ad films and it also helped me to pair with Vijay Sethupathi in ‘VANMAM’ film. Though I have acted in several films, PEECHAANKAI is the first film for me through which I mark my presence as a Heroine. I play as Abhirami in PK and I run a telephone booth along with my father in this film. My character is short but it is very important. Abhirami is a cute looking girl, but her quite wavering character makes her to take sudden decisions. She will be the reason for the Screenplay shift. ” reveals Anjali Rao, the Heroine of PEECHAANKAI enthusiastically.
