The prince of musical sizzlers and mellifluous albums – Anirudh Ravichandran has a trenchant feat accomplished in his musical career. One of the country’s most happening musicians has now signed up with the most celebrated label of Sony Music. As a pact on dotted lines, Sony Music will be involved in releasing and marketing the independent albums and live concerts of Anirudh in the near future.. “This is just the beginning,” starts off Anirudh in a much exhilarating note as he continues to add, “We together promise to offer something new and fresh for the fans waiting out there.” Anirudh also utters that he was very much decisive that if he were to sign a label, it would none other than Sony Music.
Mr. Sridhar Subramaniam, President of India and Middle East, Sony Music Entertainment states that the association between Anirudh and their music label has been more successful. Furthermore, this collaboration would establish his realms on the global panorama letting him create music in different languages and genres.
Of course, with his musical debut ‘Kolaveri’, the entire world had became his fan and his magic continues beyond boundaries and language barriers till his recent hit ‘Hola Amigo’, the single track from ‘RUM’.
Grammy Award winner DJ Diplo also tweeted the link of the song, saying “My Indian friend”. Anirudh too thanked Diplo for his gesture.
